Ingredients
  • the bridge of the nose
    1ea
  • leek
    1/4piece
  • Red pepper powder
    1TS
  • Soy sauce
    5TS
  • crushed garlic
    0.5TS
  • Sesame oil
    0.5TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • cooking wine
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, wash the bridge of the nose clean with salt water and give 4-5 pieces.
STEP 2/5
Mix red pepper powder 1, soy sauce 5, minced garlic 0.5, sesame oil 0.5, sugar 1, and cooking wine 1
STEP 3/5
Rub the pollack with flour 1 evenly and shake it off.
STEP 4/5
Then, add enough cooking oil and fry the bridge of the nose until golden brown. If you fry it with seasoning in advance, the inside is not cooked and the seasoning burns. That's why you put flour on it and grill it.
STEP 5/5
When the bridge of the nose is cooked, spread the sauce evenly and fry it slightly. You have to fry it after applying the sauce so that the sauce doesn't burn. When it's done, put the sliced green onions on the bottom and put the bridge of the nose on it and eat it together
