STEP 1/7
Add all ingredients except butter and knead. Leave a few things to put on top of the sesame and black sesame. When the dough begins to clump together, add the butter at room temperature and make a sticky dough.
STEP 2/7
When the dough is complete, put it in another bowl and wrap it over and ferment it for the first time. Make a couple of holes on the top of the wrap.
STEP 3/7
When the dough expands twice and ferments, take it out and rub it to remove the gas in the dough.
STEP 4/7
Divide the dough into three equal parts, cover it with cotton cloth, and ferment it for 15 minutes
STEP 5/7
After the intermediate fermentation, push it with a rolling pin and fold it on both sides.
STEP 6/7
Put a little butter on the bread mold, put the dough, apply a little water on the top, sprinkle black sesame and sesame seeds, and press down.
STEP 7/7
In this state, perform a second fermentation for about 40 minutes and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
