STEP 1/7
After trimming the top of the pepper, I washed it clean, drained it, and gave a hole in the pepper using a toothpick.
STEP 2/7
Use dried shrimp after trimming the cuts.
You have to clean up the impurities and stir-fry them so that they won't get messy.
STEP 3/7
And make me spicy red pepper paste sauce.
[Stir-fried seasoning] 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoon of oligosaccharide, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of red pepper paste, 5 tablespoon of water, 2/3 teaspoon of red pepper powder
STEP 4/7
Mix and prepare the sauce according to the amount. If you stir-fry it and add the sauce one by one, it will burn easily.
STEP 5/7
Adjust the heated pan over medium-low heat, add oil, and stir-fry after adding pepper.
STEP 6/7
When the pepper is cooked, add dried shrimp and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle the prepared sauce and sesame seeds here and stir-fry them gently.
Even after seasoning the red pepper paste, do not adjust the heat and stir-fry it over medium-low heat from beginning to end.
After adding red pepper paste, there is a high risk of burning, so stir-fry it with a spatula.
