Boil kelp and anchovies in a pot and make soup.

Add garlic, too.
Garlic can be minced or finely chopped.

Season with salt, add green onion, green pepper, and water parsley and finish.

(Spicy blue crab stew/Spicy blue crab stew) Open in a hot pot and top with crown daisy.
Even though I skipped bean sprouts and sea squirts, the soup tasted so cool.
In spring, female crabs are usually caught, but in autumn, male crabs are caught. The male crab has a longer belly than the female crab.
