Ingredients
  • whipped cream
    120g
  • Dark chocolate
    200g
  • Milk
    110g
  • Starch syrup
    10g
  • Butter
    20g
  • Kahlua
    40ml
  • cocoa powder
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, put the whipped cream and starch syrup in a pot and mix well, then bring to a boil over medium heat until small with bubbles forming on the edges.

When the whipped cream boils, turn off the heat and add the pre-cut chocolate and mix, stirring well with a spatula.

When chocolate and whipped cream are mixed, add Kahlua and mix,

Finally, add soft butter at room temperature and mix well to finish.

Place vinyl, foil, etc. in a square mold and pour chocolate.

Flatten well and let the chocolate harden in a cold place for as long as 5 hours or as long as one night.
