Braised cutlassfish with spicy rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, wash the hairtail with salt water and cut it into pieces.
STEP 2/6
Peel the radishes and potatoes and cut them into half-moon shapes, and slice the green peppers diagonally.
STEP 3/6
Make the sauce according to the amount, and prepare 2 cups of water even though it's 1 cup in the picture. If the sauce is too hot, add a little water and dissolve it.

Place the potatoes on top of the radish in a pot, pour 1 cup of water, and boil for 1 to 2 minutes.

Put the hairtail on top of it, put the sauce on it, pour the remaining 1 cup of water, and boil it. Bring to a boil over low heat and bring to a boil a little more.
STEP 6/6
When it boils, sprinkle the seasoning on the hairtail with a spoon and boil it until the water is half boiled down. Braised cutlassfish needs to be boiled down in a small amount of water to cook cutlassfish and vegetables properly. Lastly, add green pepper and boil slightly, turn off the heat and finish.
