    210g
  • Strong flour
    150g
  • Milk
    32g
  • Honey
    9g
  • olive oil
    15g
  • Salt
    4g
  • vegetable.
  • Bacon
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Since the fermented species for today's vegetable bread is 210g, we will take out 70g of fermented species.. Add 70g of water and 70g of strong flour and mix them well~~ This will give you 210g of fermented species Start like this at 7am..
STEP 2/17
It's done at 6pm. It just doubled~~
STEP 3/17
Instead of dry yeast, it's fermented paper. In a dough bowl.. Milk, olive oil, honey.. And put all the fermented species in and mix them well..
STEP 4/17
Add strong flour and mix it roughly with a spatula~~ When they're together, let them rest for 20 minutes.. I'm going to add salt and knead it again~~
STEP 5/17
I think I made the dough for about 10 minutes~~
STEP 6/17
After the dough is round and lumped together, I'm going to ferment~~ Fermentation was left at room temperature.. Ferment until the dough doubles, regardless of the time~~ I think I left it for about 10 hours~~
STEP 7/17
The dough has more than doubled and has been fermented, and when I turn the dough upside down.. It's like a spider web... It was so cool and I was so happy
STEP 8/17
After kneading the dough and making it round, cover the ball and let it ferment for a while..
STEP 9/17
Cut vegetables and bakeries for vegetable bread into small pieces and stir-fry them with salt and pepper.. Add ketchup and a spoonful of mayonnaise and stir-fry them~~
STEP 10/17
Roll the dough wide with a rolling pin.. Spread the stir-fried vegetables on top..
STEP 11/17
Roll it like a roll of kimbap and heal it so that the ends don't get loose..
STEP 12/17
Cut it into the right size and pan it in the pan~~ There are only a few baking pans.. I was looking for the right fans, but I couldn't find them...I had no choice but to put it in the chiffon frame. That's right
STEP 13/17
I'm going to put a wrap or a lid on it for the second time.. I left it at room temperature~ Second fermentation is not twice as much.. You can complete it when it swells by 80%
STEP 14/17
The top part is flat and I'm afraid the vegetables will burn.. I squeezed mayonnaise and ketchup in zigzag~~
STEP 15/17
Please let me fight endlessly in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes
STEP 16/17
It's a naturally fermented vegetable bread that was baked at 2am
STEP 17/17
I put the dough in the mold without buttering it.. When I took it out, I turned the edge of the knife and took it out, so the edge became ugly
You have to oil the mold when you bake it in the oven It doesn't break when you take it out.
