Sticky rice dumplings
My co-worker gives me quite a lot of junk to bury in the podium. Since we've seen the rice cake, we made a Buddhist altar by color for the memorial service.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
I prepared 300g of glutinous rice flour and colored junk. If it's about 300g, it comes out as a plate for three to four people.
STEP 2/11
Boil the water and add a little bit to the glutinous rice flour to make the dough. If you keep kneading, it will get tough, so don't pour water from the beginning and knead it one spoon at a time. I put in 11 spoons of hot water.

After finishing the dough, put a wrap on it and take it off little by little to make a dumplings. The dough dries while you make it.

I made the red bean paste for the dumplings in advance.
STEP 5/11
Remove the glutinous rice dough and put the red bean paste in the middle and make it round. When you put in red bean paste, you have to pick it up with chopsticks so that there is no red bean water mark on the surface of Gyeongdan.
STEP 6/11
Even if it's too small, it's not good to see if it's too big. It's the right size, the right size. If it's too big, it might not float up because it's heavy when boiling.
STEP 7/11
When the water boils, add the sticky rice dumplings. At first, it goes down like this. Don't leave it alone and stir it gently until it's cooked well. (If the pot has too little water, it will take a long time, so try to hold it a little more.)

After a few minutes, it floats up like this. The glutinous rice is all cooked.
STEP 9/11
Remove the cooked glutinous rice dumplings with an aperture, dip them in cold water, and then drain them again. (Cool the hot sticky rice dumplings so that they don't stick together.)

It's over if you put junk on it one by one. (The glutinous rice is so soft that if you pick it up by hand, it will distort the shape. When applying junk, shape it in a circle.)

I also made chestnuts and jujube dumplings with colored junk and chopped chestnuts and jujube. The chestnut jujube gyeongdan is made by putting honey on the gyeongdan so that the chestnut and jujube stick together well.
At home, they usually freeze the castella powder slightly in the freezer, cut off the dark part of the top, and grind it with a grater or a cutter to make the powder. If you go to the Internet site, they sell various colors of castella powder. If you want to make a holiday, birthday, or gift, you have to make a lot, so it'll be convenient to buy and use it.
