STEP 1/7
Prepare pork with a wooden core and cut it into 3 pieces.
STEP 2/7
Add the amount of seasoning ingredients brewed soy sauce, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, plum juice, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, and pepper to make the sauce.
STEP 3/7
Pour the sauce on the cut pork, mix it with the seasoning evenly, and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
STEP 4/7
Peel the onion, wash it in running water, and shred it. Wash perilla leaves in running water, drain them, and shred them.
STEP 5/7
Put cooking oil in a heated frying pan and stir-fry the marinated pork.
STEP 6/7
When the pork is almost cooked, stir-fry the sliced onions. The onions are big, so I used only 1/2 of them. Pork and onions are ingredients that go well together.
STEP 7/7
Stir-fry perilla leaves and remove from heat. You can add other vegetables, but I tried using eco-friendly agricultural vitamins, minerals-rich onions, and fragrant perilla leaves. Put the stir-fried spicy pork on a plate, put sliced green onions on top, and sprinkle a little sesame seeds.
