Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the cheongyang peppers clean, cut them in half, and remove the seeds.

And cut 4 cheongyang peppers and a bit of carrots into small pieces..

I'm going to make soy sauce.
I used the flavored soy sauce at home instead of brewed soy sauce. Taste soy sauce is boiled with various vegetables and seasonings, so it is very good for braised and stir-fried dishes.

Add the amount of soy sauce and bring to a boil. It's salty and sweet, so you can mix it with rice^^

Stir-fry chopped peppers and carrots in a heated pan.

Add rice and stir-fry it for a minute

Add the marinated soy sauce (except red pepper) and stir-fry as if mixing well.

It was delicious even if I ate it like this. The spicy taste is weaker than I thought, but with fried rice... Gimbap is good for everyone.

Put about two-thirds of the rice on the seaweed for gimbap and roll it!! For your information, there are no ingredients that usually go in the gimbap, so you have to spread the rice thickly.

Hmm... I think it'd be great if you cut radish pickles into the ddangcho kimbap. It's kind of boring to make it like this and eat it like this. Oh, the taste is not boring at all, but the texture of the chewing feels like it's being chewed.

    It tastes the same as buying it! I make small gimbap because it doesn't clump well with big gimbap. The groom's favorite pickled radish is also added, so it has a chewy taste and is the best recipe. Thank you ^^
