Spaghetti with tomato carbonara

  • Tomato
    1/2ea
  • egg
    1ea
  • Bacon
    2ea
  • Spaghetti sauce
    3TS
  • whipped cream
    1cup
  • Granapadano cheese
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare bacon, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, eggs, and whipped cream. Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
STEP 2/8
Peel the tomatoes and grind them in a blender and cut the bacon into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/8
Boil the spaghetti noodles in boiling water for about 8 minutes and strain them through a sieve.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry bacon in a heated pan.
STEP 5/8
Add commercial spaghetti sauce, raw tomatoes and whipped cream and simmer over low heat until thickened.
STEP 6/8
Add spaghetti noodles and stir-fry, then add egg whites and toss quickly.
STEP 7/8
Place on a plate and top with the yolk.
STEP 8/8
Grind the granafadano cheese on the grater.
