Peach sticky rice cake
You can make peach sticky rice cake with just a microwave. I expressed peach fur with savory coconut powder. The pink color is made of commercially available cherry juice powder.

  • glutinous rice flour
    100g
  • Sugar

  • Water

  • Sweet red bean paste
    150g
  • potato starch

  • Coconut powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put 100g of glutinous rice flour, 50g of sugar, 180g of water, and 1ts of cherry juice in a heat-resistant container, mix it well with a whisk, cover it with a wrap, drill a little hole, and heat it in a microwave for 2 minutes.
STEP 2/8
It's a picture of you heating it in a microwave. If you heat it up and take it out, the edges will be thick and the inside will be moist. Mix it well with a spatula or spoon and cover it with plastic wrap

Turn it for 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Then, beat it again.

Remove the dough, sprinkle starch on a tray or cutting board, and place the dough on top. Cool for a while, roll it long and cut the dough moderately.

Put the red bean paste on the sticky rice dough and make it round like a dumpling. You have to make it with starch powder so that the dough doesn't stick to your hands.

Make it into a peach shape and press the center slightly using a knife.

Using a slightly watered brush, lightly moisten the starch and lightly roll the coconut powder. It's round and you just have to gently grab the top and stretch it out. Now shape it properly and put it on a plate.
