Ingredients
  • Chocolate chip
    1pack
  • Eggs
    3ea
  • canola oil
    100ml
  • Butter
    150g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, gently beat butter at room temperature, then add eggs and mix. When egg and butter are well blended, add canola oil and set the hand mixer at high speed and heat for 3 minutes. Sugar is included in the mix, so I don't put it in separately.
STEP 2/6
Add mix and chocolate chips and mix well.
STEP 3/6
Place the dough in the desired mold and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Adjust the time according to the baking mold. If there is an empty space like that, pour the dough and the equivalent amount of water there and bake it, and the color will be evenly distributed.
STEP 4/6
A finished organic chocolate chip cake. Let it cool on a cooling net.
STEP 5/6
When the baked cake cools, dissolve the enclosed coating chocolate in hot water and decorate the cake.
STEP 6/6
I wanted to coat the whole front with chocolate, but I didn't have enough chocolate. But it still looks delicious, right? It's an organic mix, so it's safe and delicious, so it's perfect as a gift.
