Girardelli Krispy Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies
It's been a long time since I baked cookies. I made it with a cookie recipe that I found on the Girardelli chocolate site a while ago, and it's delicious because it's crispy and sweet like the TOP recipe.

  • Starch syrup

  • Milk

  • Gravity powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Gently beat soft butter at room temperature, add sugar, starch syrup and milk and mix evenly. Sieve the powder and mix lightly.
STEP 2/3
When you can't see the powder, add chocolate chips and walnuts and complete the dough. Place the dough in a cookie pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (The cookies tend to spread a lot, so please make sure to keep a wide gap.)
