[Making ramyun gangjeong sauce]
15g butter, 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar, a little cinnamon powder, 2 1/2 tablespoon oligosaccharide

Add gangjeong sauce to pan and simmer a little bit.
STEP 6/8
Add the stir-fried noodles to the boiling Gangjeong sauce and stir with a spatula to mix evenly. It's already cooked crispy, so turn off the heat right after mixing the sauce. It's enough to stick together. For your information, if you add too much oligosaccharide, the sweetness may become too strong, but it gets too tangled and hard.
STEP 7/8
When it is warm, place the ramen gangjeong on a cookie mold to shape it. It just breaks when it cools down. After you shape it, you have to cool it down before eating it to make it crispy and sweet. ^^
