  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Honey mustard
  • Steak sauce
  • Ketchup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut carrots into small pieces, put a pinch of salt in boiling water, and quickly blanch them.
STEP 2/3
Beat about 4 to 5 eggs in a bowl, stir, and season slightly with salt. Mix blanched carrots and green onions in egg water.
STEP 3/3
Roll the eggs little by little. Sprinkle honey mustard sauce, steak sauce, and ketchup on top of the finished egg roll.
