Clean the crab, divide the body into four pieces, and trim the legs to make it easier to eat.

Cover the crab with starch moderately.

It's good to fry it in a lot of oil, but it's hard at home, so fry it crispy, stirring well.

Remove the fried crab and remove the oil from the kitchen towel.

Slice the garlic into pieces.

Grease a heated frying pan with plenty of oil and stir-fry garlic and dried peppers.

Put fried crab in a heated frying pan and stir-fry 3TS of oil and 3TS of pepper oil that you used to fry crab.

If the crab smells spicy, add dried peppers and garlic and stir-fry it again.

Lastly, add bell pepper and stir-fry just once and turn off the heat right away.
