Ingredients
  • a green house
    10kg
  • brown sugar
    8kg
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the plum twice.
STEP 2/6
Place in a strainer and dry in the shade.
STEP 3/6
Please take off the top. Plum taps are the easiest to pick with a toothpick.
STEP 4/6
Put plum and organic brown sugar together in a well-disinfected jar. Pour plenty of sugar on the top. For plum extract, you don't have to use 100% of the sugar If you add 70-80% sugar to the completely drained plum, it will be fermented safely.
STEP 5/6
Cover it with double layers of cloth, tie it well with a rubber band, stir it in between so that sugar melts well, and ripen it in a sunny place with good ventilation. When the plum becomes small, separate the ingredients and the juice and ripen it again. Usually, it separates around 100 days, but it is right to separate it right away when you think all the juice has been drained from the plum. So you don't have to wait until 100 days.
STEP 6/6
I think it's better to leave plum extract for at least three to five years. I don't think it's a year. Therefore, I think we need the wisdom to take time and always put it in a jar. Store plum extract in a jar or glass bottle and keep it at cool room temperature.
