Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Drain the juice from the pickled plum and cut it into small pieces.

Sprinkle pickled plum, sesame seeds, and sesame oil on brown rice and mix them evenly.

Wear disposable sanitary gloves and make them into round shapes that are easy to eat in one bite.

Add red pepper paste, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to the pickled plum and mix them well and put them on a plate. Pickled plum is sweet and sour, so it's good as a side dish for rice.

Put the rice balls in a bowl and put a piece of pickled plum on top of the rice balls, and the rice balls are done!
