Cabbage Potato Pancake
On a rainy day like today, when it rains, a sizzling pancake comes to mind. Of course I did, too. That's why I sent a few cards and ate them. I didn't have the right ingredients for pancakes. There are no squid that children like, no chives that the groom and I like, and they made tteokbokki the other day when they searched the refrigerator hard. Oh, I was wondering how many sheets of cabbage I should fry.

  • Cabbage

  • Carrot

  • Young squash

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Potato
    1ea
  • pan frying powder

  • Cooking oil
    100~150g
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
  • cooking wine
    1/2ts
  • crushed garlic
    1/2ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare cabbage, carrots, zucchini, and cheongyang peppers by slicing them thinly.
STEP 2/6
Chop the sirloin into small pieces. Add cooking wine, salt, pepper and minced garlic and season.
STEP 3/6
Grind the potatoes finely on a grater while the pork is seasoned.
STEP 4/6
Add 4 1/2 tablespoons of flour to finely grated potatoes and mix well.
STEP 5/6
Add sliced vegetables and pork and mix well.
STEP 6/6
Grease a heated pan with enough cooking oil, remove the dough, and cook until golden brown.
