Seasoned Chwinamul

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Trim the chwinamul and blanch it with a little salt in boiling water. When blanching chwinamul, blanch the stems first.
STEP 2/4
Rinse the boiled chwinamul in running water and squeeze the water out.
STEP 3/4
Cut the chwinamul into bite-size pieces. I removed the tough part of the stem
STEP 4/4
Put the chwinamul in a bowl and mix it evenly with salt, sesame salt, and sesame oil.
I didn't use seasoned garlic and green onions to create the original taste of the ingredients.
