Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Add 3TS of commercial bulgogi sauce, 2TS of soy sauce, 1/2TS of sugar, 1/2TS of sesame oil, 1/2TS of minced garlic, 1TS of tsuyu, and a little pepper to the bulgogi persimmon and mix.

Add chopped carrots and onions.

Mix well to mix the seasoning.

Boil buckwheat noodles for about 3 minutes, pouring cold water when it boils.

Wash boiled noodles in cold water right away to make them chewy.

Drain the buckwheat noodles and prepare them.

Place marinated bulgogi in a heated frying pan.

Stir-fry bulgogi evenly.

When bulgogi is cooked, add buckwheat noodles and stir-fry well.
