Marble Biscotti, which is pretty even in shape

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Gently beat butter at room temperature, then add sugar and salt and mix well. Add eggs at room temperature 2-3 times and mix well with a whisk.
STEP 2/4
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix lightly. Add cocoa powder and homemade vanilla extract (or rum or milk) about 1/3 of the top dough and make chocolate dough.
STEP 3/4
Add chocolate dough, whole almonds, and chocolate chips to the dough and mix lightly enough to lump the ingredients together. Combine the dough into a lump of desired size and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
STEP 4/4
Allow to cool completely in a cooling net and cut to 1.5cm thick. Bake cut biscotti in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
