Clean the chicken wings and marinate them in milk for about 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Make a cut on the wing of the chicken after wiping the milk.

Season the trimmed chicken wings with 2TS curry and a little salt and pepper.

Slice the garlic thinly and shred the ginger.

Cover a heated frying pan with chili oil.

Add dried red pepper, chopped garlic and shredded ginger and stir-fry until flavored.

You can stir-fry it until the end, but the garlic can burn, so I just removed the ingredients.

Place seasoned chicken wings in spicy oil.

Cook the surface over high heat.
STEP 10/11
When golden, open the lid and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Mix it in between.
STEP 11/11
Lastly, add the ingredients you left out and stir-fry them over high heat again to add spicy taste to the chicken and make it crispy.
