STEP 1/8
Soak the pangelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Please heat the milk slightly. Do not boil, just warm enough to dissolve sugar and pangelatin.
STEP 3/8
When the milk is heated, add sugar and dissolve well.
STEP 4/8
Squeeze the water out of the soaked pangelatin and put it in warm milk. Pangelatin is used to warm milk because it melts well when it is warm.
STEP 5/8
Add the yogurt and mix well. Lastly, add lemon juice.
STEP 6/8
I poured it into the jelly board that my children often buy. Just pour it into a square container.
STEP 7/8
Add canned fruit to your liking. If you just want to enjoy the soft pudding feel, don't put it in. Seal the refrigerator with plastic wrap so that it doesn't smell bad and harden it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
STEP 8/8
The cool and chewy yogurt jelly has been completed.
How to take out jelly prettily: Dip the hardened jelly container in warm water and turn it upside down. If you soak it for too long, the jelly will melt, so be careful.
