Cooking Steps

I put it in a square styrofoam with thistle and salted it. The length was just right and it was good. If you leave it in salt water for three to four hours, the stem dies and is well salted. I put about 4kg of kimchi in a box of 5kg of thistle.

Instead of water, I added 2 yakon drinks from Namdo Market and 2 bags of citron juice from Saipalsa and boiled glutinous rice paste. The yakon is soft and healthy, so I left a few. Yuja juice is also good to enhance the taste of kimchi. Put yakon and citron juice in a pot instead of water, add 3 tablespoons of glutinous rice, and boil glutinous rice paste.

Add 2 cups of red pepper powder and half a cup of garlic to the glutinous rice paste. --> I ground 2 ripe tomatoes and put them in here.

Grind 2 onions into a grater, add a little green onion, and set aside for a while to soak the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the thistle and toss gently. The seasoning of the glutinous rice paste doesn't flow down and sticks to the thistle well.

They put it in a container that is as long as the thistle, and another kimchi container came out. I sent half of it to a friend who had no appetite and was sick, and I sent a little to three other friends to taste it, and they said it was really delicious.
