cranberry almond cookies

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Gently beat the butter at room temperature in a bowl, then whisk in the sugar until the crunch subsides. Add 1/2 of the sifted powder and mix it with a rubber spatula,

Add milk and mix, then add the rest of the powder and mix it as if cutting it with a rubber spatula.
STEP 3/6
When you can barely see the powder, add the drained cranberries and nuts and mix lightly to complete the dough.
STEP 4/6
Combine the dough into one lump and make a square about 3-3.5cm thick. Put it in the freezer and let it rest for about an hour,
STEP 5/6
Take out the dough and cut it into three long pieces. Roll the dough in sugar and coat the surface evenly,
STEP 6/6
Cut into 1cm thick pieces and place them on a pan.k.a. pan. Place in a preheated oven at 160 and bake until golden for about 20 minutes.

    I made it well thanks to you, but the color is a little bit earthy, and it looks like there's a marble mark that seems to be separated from oil. Why is that? -- And the texture seems to be crumbling I don't know what went well Walnut rat pecan bun tanner. Is it because there's a lot of oil coming out of walnuts?
