STEP 1/8
I'm preparing a really fresh oyster mushrooms. Instead of washing the mushrooms in water, wipe them slightly with a clean dishcloth.

Cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes about 5mm thick. Cut the onions diagonally into bite-size pieces.

Put some cooking oil on the heated pan and stir-fry the pumpkins first.
STEP 4/8
When the pumpkin is half-cooked, stir-fry oyster mushrooms and onions, season with salted shrimp, cover with a little water, and simmer over medium-low heat.
STEP 5/8
I stir-fried it in a salad master pan without adding water. If you use a regular pan, add some water.
STEP 6/8
When the pumpkin is drowsy, add minced garlic and stir-fry it again. Add sesame oil and sesame salt and stir it. You can adjust the seasoning with salted shrimp or salt.
STEP 7/8
I didn't add any water, but the water came out like this. It tastes very good because it's water from vegetables.
STEP 8/8
The delicious stir-fried oyster mushroom is done. It tastes better with pumpkin in it. You can see that the oyster is chewy oyster
