Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Bake pine nuts in dry frying pan until golden brown and drain from kitchen towel.
STEP 2/4
Place basil pesto seasoning ingredients in blender and grind. And prepare 2 slices of tomato and sliced cheese.
STEP 3/4
Slice the tomatoes, please. Please cut the sliced cheese into a circle. I used a soju glass, but if you have a mold at home, you can use a mold and use a cup of the right size like me.
STEP 4/4
Place tomato and slice cheese alternately on a plate and sprinkle with basil pesto.
If you don't have basil pesto, replace it with commercial balsamic cream.
