Cooking Steps

Remove blood from the pork sirloin using a kitchen towel, season it with herb salt and pepper, and coat it with flour carefully.

Prepare various vegetables, tomato sauce, wine, butter, steak sauce, and ground cheddar cheese. I think you can use the hard cheese that doesn't have a strong scent.
