Wash the mountain horse clean and peel it with a pillar If it touches your skin, it can be itchy, so make sure to wear sanitary gloves^^

Cut it into 35 sizes I think 0.3mm thickness would be good^^ If you put the leftover mountain horse in when you cook rice, you can enjoy a differently

Add 5 pieces of sliced sanma to the prepared curry sauce and coat it with curry sauce

In a heated frying pan, add oil and curry sanma and cook over low heat

When it's done, put it on a plate and prepare it

Cover the remaining mountain horses with red pepper paste sauce and cook them in a frying pan in the same way
