  • boiled egg

  • bay leaf

  • Whole pepper

  • Water
    1cup
  • Soy sauce
    1/4cup
  • ginger liquor
    4spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    3spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put plenty of water in a pot and boil the bay leaf and pepper to cook the chicken breast.
STEP 2/8
Cool the cooked chicken breast and tear it to the grain.
STEP 3/8
Boil the eggs and peel them.
STEP 4/8
Add water, soy sauce, and ginger liquor, excluding oligosaccharide, and boil them over high heat.
STEP 5/8
Add both boiled eggs and chicken breast and cook.
STEP 6/8
Cook slowly over medium heat.
STEP 7/8
When the sauce is half boiled down, add oligosaccharide and stir-fry it, and boil it down a little more.
STEP 8/8
It's done when the sauce is cut evenly and the color gets darker.
