Ingredients
  • ripe kimchi
  • Tofu
  • Cooking oil
  • cooking wine
  • Oligosaccharide
  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'm going to stir-fry the kimchi I'm going to make tofu kimchi. Slice kimchi and put it in a pan and put 2 tablespoons of food and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine on it.
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry 2 1/2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over high heat.
STEP 3/6
After stir-frying it over high heat, adjust it to medium heat and stir-fry it as it boils with 5 tablespoons of water.
STEP 4/6
You can stir-fry it over medium or low heat for about 15 minutes.
STEP 5/6
While kimchi is being stir-fried well over medium low heat, I heated the tofu slightly in boiling water.
STEP 6/6
Tofu kimchi is done!
