Steamed pork
It's low-fat, high-protein, so the meat taste may be a little dry, but if you supplement it, you'll fall in love with the light and soft steamed pork taste.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I rarely use thick soy sauce and replace sugar with homemade grain syrup. Place the Joseon soy sauce and handmade tomato sauce in a bowl.
STEP 2/8
Add tomato sauce, grain syrup, ginger and garlic.
STEP 3/8
Add whole grain mustard sauce, red pepper paste, and red pepper powder. Add to trimmed pork and mix until seasoning is soaked.
STEP 4/8
Cover the seasoned pork and cook for about 10 minutes. Please flip it over in the middle.
STEP 5/8
Prepare a full tea and pumpkin. If you cut it round and cut the knife vertically to the skin, peeling it will solve. When steamed pork is almost done, add large slices of pumpkin and cook.
STEP 6/8
Cook pumpkin and meat well enough to soak in seasoning.
STEP 7/8
If you stir and cook it, there is no moisture and it is cooked just right.
STEP 8/8
When the meat and pumpkin are cooked, turn off the heat and mix with water parsley.
