STEP 1/4
You can prepare fish cake according to your preference. Blanch in boiling water, rinse in cold water, stick it on a skewer and prepare. If you don't have skewers, you can pass.
STEP 2/4
Boil radish, anchovies, clams, Vietnamese pepper, and cooking wine with water. If you don't have Vietnamese pepper, you can boil it with 4 fresh peppers. When the radish is dry, season it with soy sauce and remove the anchovies.
One handful of Vietnamese peppers can be replaced with four Cheongyang peppers
