Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut kimchi into small pieces and put sesame oil and sesame seeds.
STEP 2/6
Pour plenty of water into the pot and when the water boils, spread the noodles.
STEP 3/6
Leave the cold water in advance and pour the cold water just before the noodles boil over. When it boils up to two or three times, pour cold water and take it out, and the noodles will be boiled to make it easy to eat.
STEP 4/6
Wash the boiled noodles quickly while rubbing them in cold water. That way, it's chewy and doesn't spread. It tastes better when you drain it well.

I usually make anchovy broth, but today, I don't have time and it's a way to boil it in a hurry. Pour in two tablespoons of tuna soup and bring to a boil and season with salt.
