STEP 1/4
Soak the rice for about 30 minutes and strain it through a sieve. After removing the mustache, wash the mussels well, cut the mustache of the shrimp and prepare it.. (Cut the squid into a ring shape.)..Cut onions, carrots, and soft peppers into small pieces... Pour curry powder into 2 and a half cups of water..

Put olive oil on a pan and stir-fry rice over medium heat. When the rice grains become transparent, add onions, carrots, peppers, mussels, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and cooking wine and stir-fry slightly..
STEP 3/4
Now, stir-fry 2 cups of curry water about 3 times, and when the water disappears, add the remaining half cup of curry water and shrimp (even squid) and cover it with a lid and boil it over low heat.. (If you don't mind, you can add curry water and cook it all at once or use a rice cooker..It'll be less flavorful though
STEP 4/4
Stir it in the middle so that it doesn't burn, and when the rice is done, turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes...
