When you squeeze the malt in water, make it by rubbing it, place the squeezed malt somewhere else, and sieve the remaining water to collect only water.

If you have cold rice, you can use it. Soak the rice in a rice bowl along the amount of two bowls of rice and the water from the stomach. After about three hours, three or four grains of rice came up and were floating. I put the fermented rice, water, and the sediment in the pot and boiled it to season it with sugar.
