Ingredients
dried pollack
Bean sprouts
1handful
Tofu
1/3piece
leek
little
Eggs
1ea
Sesame oil
2TS
crushed garlic
1ts
Red pepper
little
Korean style soy sauce
1TS
Salt
little
ground pepper
little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I prepared the ingredients while the dried pollack was soaked. Take off the tail of bean sprouts
(I heard that the tail is nutritious, but it's messy when you boil the soup.)
STEP 2/7
Put sesame oil on the pan and stir-fry the soaked dried pollack (which should be drained).
STEP 3/7
Add water and bean sprouts to the stir-fried dried pollack and boil them.
Personally, kelp and dried shrimp broth are better than water.. I'm busy on this day.. ^^
STEP 4/7
When it boiled for a while, I seasoned it with minced garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
After the soup boils completely, taste it, and add salt to season it.
STEP 5/7
After seasoning it, I added the tofu that I had sliced^^
STEP 6/7
Lastly, add green onions and red pepper
STEP 7/7
Lastly, if you add an egg, it's done!!

It's light. I'm going to add red pepper powder and Cheongyang red pepper to make it spicy.
It's good because the groom is light^^

I always thought it wouldn't taste good without adding MSG to bean sprout-related soup, but it tastes good It's really good!

It tasted like something was missing, so I put a little sugar in the kelp dried shrimp broth and used perilla oil instead of sesame oil, and it tasted like it
I got compliments
