Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I will make bulgogi seasoning and marinate the meat.
STEP 2/8
Let the meat marinate for a while. I used 500g of bulgogi to use with rice.
STEP 3/8
Grease a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry onions, then add balsamic vinegar and stir-fry until you feel drowsy. If you don't have balsamic vinegar, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in the same ratio, and it tastes very sweet and sour.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry the marinated bulgogi until it is dry.
STEP 5/8
Grill the rye bread slightly in the pan.
STEP 6/8
I like it, so I put it on. If you don't have it, you can put on mustard.
STEP 7/8
Put lettuce on top of the mustard-covered bread
STEP 8/8
Place bulgogi on top, stir-fried onions on top, and layer with rye bread again.
1. If you don't have balsamic vinegar, try adding soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar in equal amounts.
