How to make Seafood Soft Tofu Stew
Seafood was really cool and delicious when I put the frozen shrimp and clams in the freezer and season them with fish sauce. Try making soft tofu stew today.

Ingredients
  • soft tofu
    1pack
  • Manila clam
  • Shrimp.
    1handful
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Young squash
    little
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • anchovy broth
    3cup
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2TS
  • red pepper oil
    1/2TS
  • fish sauce
    1TS
  • Salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare the ingredients and cut them into bite-size pieces. I used clams and shrimp that were in the freezer.
STEP 2/4
Add anchovies and kelp and bring to a boil with 3 cups of water.
STEP 3/4
When the broth boils, remove the ingredients, add all ingredients except soft tofu and green onions, and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/4
When it boils, add minced garlic, slanted green onions and pepper powder. I seasoned it with fish sauce. You can add salted shrimp. You can season the rest with salt and finish it.
