STEP 1/3
Place dough ingredients in a baking machine, kneading and first fermentation. (If you don't have a baker, beat it by hand for about 10 minutes and ferment it by microwave or medium-hot water.) After the first fermentation, remove the gas, divide it into three, and perform an intermediate fermentation for 15 minutes.
STEP 2/3
After medium fermentation, push with a rolling pin and poke the middle with a fork, place a little mozzarella cheese on top of the dough, and spread the pizza sauce moderately. (I made spaghetti and used the remaining commercial spaghetti sauce.)
