Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water and make them soft.

I also washed the bean sprouts clean and drained them.

Put the soaked rice and kelp water in the pot as much as you want. Since bean sprout rice produces moisture from bean sprouts, you have to hold less water than when you cook rice.
