Add sugar to the glutinous rice flour and put it down through a sieve

You know that you have to knead the dough with hot water when you knead the glutinous rice flour Add boiling water little by little and knead it It's just right if the dough is gently clumped together

I used red bean paste for the filling.. I prepared it by taking it off and making a circle

Cut the dough into large pieces, press it hard, and then put the dough in boiling water

When the dough is cooked, it will float up Then boil it for another minute or so, remove it and drain it..

You can hit it like you're crushing it with a bat.. I used a kneader to heat it up

It's a completed sticky rice cake batter

Spread starch on a wide tray and pour the dough.. Put starch powder on it so that the rice cake doesn't stick

Turn the knife upside down, cut the dough in moderation, and then put in the red bean paste one by one and it's sticky rice cake^^
