Making a tuna ball
It's not good to eat meatballs when it's cold, but tuna balls are delicious because they're light even when it's cold. So I think it'll be good as a side dish for lunch.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the onions into small pieces and stir-fry slightly in a dry frying pan to drain the moisture. If you just use it after cutting it, the tuna dough will get thicker.

Tuna without fat in a bowl. minced vegetables. Eggs, salt, pepper. Add minced garlic, etc. and mix evenly. Adjust the dough so that it doesn't get on your hands. You can use bread crumbs to make it work.

The more dough you knead, the more sticky it becomes, so the shape doesn't break down beautifully and it's easy to hold.

After shaping, roll lightly over starch. Cover with starch and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes to hold water.

Grease well and cook over medium heat, rolling golden brown. When it's cooked golden, it's good to dip it in ketchup or mustard without boiling it in the sauce.

3 tablespoons of ketchup in a frying pan. 2/3 tablespoons of red pepper paste. 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide. a teaspoon of minced garlic. A teaspoon of sesame oil. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer.

When the sauce boils, add the golden brown tuna balls and boil them in the sauce.
