Put black sesame seeds and peanuts in the blender.. Add half a cup of water and grind it finely

When I cook porridge, I usually soak rice and boil it.. I cooked it using brown rice. It tastes savory and has better nutrition^^

Put 2/3 cups of brown rice and 1 cup of water in a blender and lay it so that the rice grains are slightly crushed

Put the ground brown rice in a pot.. After adding 1+1/2 cups of water..

When it starts to boil over high heat, reduce it to medium low heat and stir it with a spatula. You can boil it until the rice grains feel soft and spread

If the grain of rice spreads to a certain extent.. Add the ground black sesame

As expected, keep boiling over medium low heat while stirring with a spatula

If the concentration gets thicker and the grains of rice spread.. Season with salt at the end

Add a bit of sugar as much as you want Black sesame porridge tastes good with a little sugar

I don't know if you can feel the concentration~LOL You can control it as much as you like.. It's good if you scoop up a bowl and eat it right away when it's hot
