Scrape off the scales, remove the intestines, tails, and fins, wash them clean in running water, and cut them into appropriate sizes.

After trimming and washing the frozen cabbage, blanch it slightly in boiling water and rinse it in cold water to remove moisture.
Peel the onion, wash it, shred it, remove the top of the red pepper, wash it in running water, and slice it sideways.

Add soy sauce, red pepper powder, oligosaccharide, cooking wine, plum juice, and minced garlic and mix them evenly.

Place frozen cabbage on a frying pan and place onion on top.

Put the cod and red pepper on top, pour the sauce on it, pour the right amount of water, cover the frying pan, and boil.
When it boils a little bit, reduce the heat to low and cook it by pouring sauce on it until the seasoning is evenly soaked.

If you put the braised cod on a plate, it's done
