Remove the skin of the onion, wash it in running water, and chop it finely. Remove the top of the red pepper, wash it in running water, and chop it finely.
Blanch shiitake mushrooms in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, remove the pillars, cut them into small pieces, and rinse the tofu in running water and crush them.
Wash the squid legs under running water and cut them into small pieces.

Soak the seaweed in cold water, rub it, wash it, and cut it into small pieces.

Place seaweed, tofu, onions, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, squid, eggs, and flour in a bowl, pour salt and water, and knead.
