Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Please take a shower with boiling water for fish cake. Pour boiling water on the top and flip it over and pour it again. This way, some unhealthy additives will be released. And I also prepared pumpkin, carrot, and green pepper.Grease a pan with cooking oil, cut garlic into pieces, stir-fry them, and then stir-fry vegetables first.
STEP 2/3
When the vegetables are cooked transparently to some extent, add fish cakes, green peppers, and red peppers and season them. If you like spicy food, add more red pepper powder. Add thick soy sauce and season with salt. You can stir-fry it over medium heat so that the sauce cuts well.. It tends to be easier than you think. So it's better not to turn the gas on too high.
STEP 3/3
At the end, cut the green onions into long pieces and finish.
