How to make soft, dry squid roasting
In Japan, they dip dried squid in soy sauce and grill it to eat it gently. It's a bit salty in our taste, so when I came home and made it with less soy sauce, I keep trying to make it because it's so addictive. I think it's really good as a side dish for beer.

Cooking Steps

Please make a pickle for the dried squid. Water in Japan. It is said that cooking wine is used instead of sugar, but personally, I think I can feel the taste of Ningning in my mouth, so I replaced it with water and sugar. If you use cooking wine, you can use it in the same amount as soy sauce.

Soak the squid in a pickle for at least an hour. Flip it over in the middle.

I went out for a while while I marinated the squid in a pickle, and it's been 2 hours since I marinated it. Can you see the dried squid blowing? I think I cut the soy sauce.

Remove the dried squid from the pickle, place it on a plate, and bake it for at least 10 minutes. The seasoning on the surface of the dried squid is absorbed, making it more delicious. You can prepare it in advance and refrigerate it like this before you grill it.
